A SHORT
ENGAGEMENT.
A LONG RUNWAY.

No black boxes. No mysterious handoffs. A clear path from first conversation to software that earns its place in your business.

The first call

30 MINUTES.
A CLEAR PLAN.

Free scoping call. You leave with options, a timeline, and a ballpark—even if we never work together.

    Your problem

What is broken, slow, or leaving money on the table?

  2. 02

    Constraints

Timeline, budget range, existing tools, and team capacity.

  3. 03

    Options

Where software or AI creates leverage—and where it does not.

  4. 04

    Next step

Ballpark, timeline, and a recommended path—even if we do not work together.

The system

Typical timelines

HOW LONG
EACH PHASE TAKES.

Our default plan targets handover within four weeks of kickoff for scoped builds—larger work gets a custom schedule after discovery.

Common questions

BEFORE YOU
START.

What happens on the first scoping call?

Roughly 30 minutes. We map the business problem, constraints, and where software or AI creates leverage. You leave with options, a recommended path, timeline, and ballpark—even if we do not work together.

What does each phase look like in practice?

Week 1: discovery and architecture. Week 2: UX and system design. Weeks 3–4: build with weekly demos, then deploy, monitor, and handover. Heavier scope may adjust dates; we confirm at kickoff.

How much time do we need from our team?

A decision-maker for weekly check-ins (30–60 minutes), timely feedback on demos, and access to people or systems we need to integrate. We keep async updates between calls.

What do you deliver at handover?

Production deployment, repos, documentation, credentials transfer, and a walkthrough of monitoring and run costs (including AI usage where applicable). You own the code and IP.

Can we start with discovery only?

Yes. The one-week discovery sprint is designed for that. If you continue into a fixed project, discovery feeds directly into design and build.
